• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• shipping for orders over 470g in weight

  If the total weight of an order exceeds 470 grams (500 grams, with packaging added), than it will need to be shipped using Parcel rates. Because these are much more variable than letter rates, if your order falls under into this category, I will package your items, and bring them to the post office to find out the exact cost of shipping. I will then email you with the new shipping rate and inform you via email. Pending your approval, I will send a second bill for the additional shipping charges beyond what has already been paid, or, if you have been charged in excess of $2 more than the actual cost, I will automatically send you a refund for the amount you have paid beyond the actual cost, and send out your package.

  If you would prefer to not proceed with the order, I will refund the entire purchase (or suggest what items can be taken out to minimize shipping costs).

  If you end up paying any additional fees, it is likely I will also include a small drawing be way of thanking you for your patience and perseverance :0)

• shipping for international orders over 170g

  If I am able to ship your package as a "small packet," actual shipping costs may be less than automatically charged. if you have been charged in excess of $2 more than the actual cost, I will automatically send you a refund for the amount you have paid beyond the actual cost.
